ArtsEnvoy.ai is a creative AI platform operated by Arts Envoy AI, a registered business in Kenya, and developed as part of the creative and educational work of Lisa Russell Films, LLC.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArtsEnvoy.ai platform, its tools, and any associated programs, including the Africa AI Creator’s Academy.

By accessing or using ArtsEnvoy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose and Intended Use

ArtsEnvoy.ai provides creative AI tools, educational programs, and storytelling workflows for artists, educators, students, and cultural practitioners.

The platform is designed to support:

2. Community Standards and Conduct

Users must engage respectfully and responsibly.

Prohibited content includes:

• plagiarism or impersonation

• unauthorized use of another person’s likeness or identity

• content that violates applicable laws or community standards

ArtsEnvoy.ai reserves the right to remove content or suspend access for violations of these standards.

3. Intellectual Property

User Content

• Creators retain ownership of their original content

• ArtsEnvoy.ai does not claim ownership of user-generated work

Any use of user content by ArtsEnvoy.ai for promotion, research, or reporting will require prior consent and attribution, unless the content is anonymized and aggregated.

Platform Content

• Platform tools, curricula, creative frameworks, and proprietary systems are owned by Lisa Russell Films, LLC and/or its licensors

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use platform materials for permitted purposes

Users may not:

• copy or redistribute proprietary platform materials

• reverse engineer or exploit confidential systems

• create competing platforms using protected content

4. Data Use and Privacy

ArtsEnvoy.ai follows principles of data minimization, transparency, and consent.

7. Localized Co-Creation Model

Programs such as the Africa AI Creator’s Academy are developed collaboratively with regional partners.

Localized content, curricula, and student work remain the property of their respective creators or partner institutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Modification and Termination

ArtsEnvoy.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms or suspend access to the platform in cases of misuse or violation.

Updated Terms will be posted on the platform and take effect upon publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operating entity (Kenya), unless otherwise required by mandatory local law or agreed in writing for specific programs or partnerships.
