ArtsEnvoy.ai is a platform developed by Lisa Russell Films, LLC to provide access to creative AI education, tools, and programming for artists, educators, students, and storytellers, particularly in underserved communities. These Terms of Engagement and Use ("Terms") govern your participation in and use of the platform, its tools, and any related programs, including the Africa AI Creator’s Academy.

By accessing or using ArtsEnvoy.ai, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose and Intended Use

ArtsEnvoy.ai is an educational platform that offers AI-powered creative tools for learning, artistic expression, and skill development. The platform is intended for non-commercial, educational, and ethical storytelling purposes.

Users may not use the platform for surveillance, disinformation, unauthorized commercial exploitation, political manipulation, or any use that violates the rights of others.

2. Community Standards and Conduct

All users are expected to interact respectfully and to avoid conduct that may be discriminatory, harassing, offensive, or culturally insensitive.

Content that includes hate speech, disinformation, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of others' likenesses or identities is strictly prohibited.

ArtsEnvoy.ai reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to any user who violates these standards.

3. Intellectual Property

All original work created by users on the platform remains the intellectual property of the individual creator.

ArtsEnvoy.ai does not claim ownership over user-generated content. Any use of such content by ArtsEnvoy.ai or Lisa Russell Films, LLC for promotional, research, or reporting purposes shall be subject to prior written permission from the creator, with proper attribution.

All platform-generated models and assets used in training or development have been sourced under appropriate licensing frameworks or are developed in-house. Users are responsible for respecting copyright and licensing restrictions when incorporating third-party content.

4. Data Use and Privacy

ArtsEnvoy.ai follows a data minimization principle. Only data necessary for platform functionality, educational improvement, or ethical research will be collected.

Users will be informed of what data is collected, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. Participation in data collection is voluntary except where essential for participation in core services.

Collected data will never be sold, monetized, or transferred to third-party entities for purposes beyond those explicitly disclosed and agreed to in advance.

5. Data Sovereignty and Consent

All data collected from students and partners during program delivery or platform use is governed by principles of data sovereignty, consent, and shared ownership.

Where programs are delivered in partnership with local institutions, any resulting data or tools will be co-managed or transferred to those institutions in accordance with pre-established agreements.

No data will be used to train commercial AI models without explicit consent and fair benefit-sharing arrangements.

6. Environmental and Ethical AI Commitments

ArtsEnvoy.ai is a signatory of the UN Green Digital Compact and is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its AI operations through efficient computing practices, low-bandwidth compatibility, and responsible model training.

The platform aligns with international principles on ethical AI, data governance, and inclusive technology development and participates in global AI ethics and policy engagement.

7. Localized Co-Creation Model

Programs such as the Africa AI Creator’s Academy are developed through formal partnerships with local educators, organizations, technologists, and artists. ArtsEnvoy.ai does not unilaterally impose curricula or tools. Each program reflects localized values, themes, and instructional methods determined in collaboration with regional partners.

Ownership of localized content, curricula, or student work remains with the original creators or designated partner institutions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Partners in Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and other regions co-develop implementation plans, shape thematic directions, and maintain stewardship of data and creative outputs in accordance with mutual agreements.

8. Modification and Termination

Lisa Russell Films, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the platform or its services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated in writing and made publicly available.
